We are currently interviewing for a Commercial Lines CSR to lead a small team and manage the evolution of our growth processes, located in Magnolia, TX.
This role is complex, as it will require a deep knowledge of Applied Epic, workflows, invoicing, risk placement, proposal development and most important, managing and developing a team of employees that will report to this position.

Establishing workflows for all commercial lines, quoting, binding, invoicing, and servicing Being the expert on Applied Epic (AE) and training others on all aspects of AE functionality Overseeing all new business, renewals, annual client reviews, meeting goals and objectives Recruiting, hiring, developing a support team Developing employee goals and objectives for incentive plans Reporting directly to the CEO Job Requirements:
Property & Casualty License Required Bachelor's degree Required Applied Epic (or related software) with 2 years experience Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem analysis and resolution skills Must be able to prioritize and be responsive to complex issues Detail oriented and able to multi-task Proficient in all Microsoft and Adobe products Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly motivated with a positive outgoing personality, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have a service mentality, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
