Strong writing experience will help you achieve success in this role.
This role will also involve some travel covered by our organization, to capture content and support marketing needs at events.
Please submit examples of your writing and video you have shot/edited or social content portfolio.
There is considerable potential for growth in this role.
If you have experience creating military or faith-based content content, it is a big plus.
We are looking to hire someone immediately.

Key
Responsibilities:
Create, post and optimize content on all major social platforms Create strategy focused on organic and paid growth Maintain a high-quality blog that helps drive traffic Create graphic design collateral for organization Film and edit videos for our YouTube channel Respond to all incoming messages & comments Research articles to go on website and social media Travel to events to capture content with our founder and potentially run a marketing table offering books and information Keep up with social trends & platforms changes Collaborate on content creation for social media Help create Wordpress pages and update SEO Manage and organize content archive Create daily promos for social media Compose e-mail blasts REQUIREMENTS:
Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects experience Social media management experience Must be upbeat, creative, personable, and a self-starter Must have excellent writing skills and proofreading skills Must have solid experiencing managing a blog Must have experiencing creating and managing e-mail marketing campaigns Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to create graphic design collateral Must be organized and extremely detail-oriented Must be a creative writer with excellent proofreading and editing skills Strong sense of urgency and pride in work Ability to manage multiple accounts Must have personal transportation
Experience:
Social Media Marketing:
3 years (Preferred) Professional Videography 3 years (Preferred)Manages multiple calendars and scheduling requirements Coordinates with teams throughout the organization Coordinates travel Creates and posts social media content Creates social graphics Collaborate with Marketing Department for media needs Manages all communications; emails, fields calls and media requests Conduct high level dialogue with executives, donors, military leadership, political leaders, foreign governments Drafts blogs and op eds Basic Qualifications High school or equivalent diploma 3
