com/ The Receptionist/assistant must be passionate about making a difference in people's day! The successful candidate will work closely with the owner and supervisor to ensure that all calls and messages are accommodated promptly, courteously and appropriately.
The Receptionist/assistant must be self-motivated and willing to assist on projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Write and answer correspondence.
Use and understand company software.
Schedule and dispatch plumbers as needed.
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Take or make messages.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, photocopying.
Assist on projects as needed.
Distribute mail.
Represent company in a clean and professional manner.
Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM.
Weekly pay, full benefits, PTO, and profit sharing.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate's Degree Valid driver's license English and Spanish preferred Job Type:
