This position will require someone who is comfortable in a fast paced environment and who is able to successfully multitask.
Great phone and customer services skills are a must.
Immediate opening for a HR Generalist in the Magnolia, TX office (Magnolia/Tomball area).
This position will act as a liaison between the Management, Corporate offices, and Field Employees.
Ideal candidate will have prior experience involving records maintenance, compensation analysis, policy implementation and administration.

Responsibilities:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising hiring managers on candidate selection.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Coordination of new hire paperwork between new employees and corporate office Compilation of employee time for payroll purposes and submission of time to corporate office for processing Administer various policies per company direction.
Coordination with operations manager for scheduling of hands We offer great pay, and benefits.
