You will provide overall support to attorneys' administrative needs.
35-40 hours a week, wellness reimbursement, 401k, compensation commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
First and (often) last point of contact for clients - customer service experience and professional demeanor a must! Scanning, faxing, printing, copying, mailing, recording, and e-filing legal documents; Answering, screening, returning, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails; Managing attorneys' schedules with clients and the Courts; Keeping client files updated through online system (familiarity with Clio Grow and Clio Manage a plus!)
Qualifications:
Highly attentive to detail; Able to effectively organize priorities and meet deadlines without supervision; Friendly and professional when interacting with clients, Court staff, and others; Good proof-reader who produces error-free documents with correct formatting; Good internet research skills; Experience with Mac, Microsoft Office, and Adobe; Prefer at least 5 years of experience working in a professional office setting; Experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship law not required, but the ideal candidate will be interested in a long-term position in a law firm.
