Manage a staff of ten HR professionals responsible for Moffitt's compensation , benefits and recognition and rewards plans, policies and procedures. Also manages the staff and faculty services area which includes oversight of the on-site and back-up child care, the gift shop and salon. Responsible for ensuring Moffitt's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and governing body guidelines. Position requires interaction with all levels of the organization as well as vendor management. Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Required Certifications:
Certification in Compensation, Benefits or HR required (CCP, CBP, CEBS, S/PHR). Required Experience:
Five years or more of experience in the management of compensation and/or benefits administration is required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in healthcare and Executive Compensation a plus.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrated superior public speaking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
